Rahul Kosarwal (B.E. (EC), M.Tech (IT)*)

Rahul Kosarwal graduated (Bachelor’s of Engineering) in Electronics & Communication in 2009 and is currently pursuing his Master’s in Information Technology. He is “Out of the box” thinker with an inclination toward development and research. It's very difficult to find the exact words to define his working methodology. He has an extraordinary observing capability, and his views always comprises of completeness. His ultimate way of working hard and unbeatable sincereity is just incomparable.
      In-spite of doing his graduation in Electronics he moved from it towards IT field and hence doing Master's in IT. He involved himself in programming and works as a key player in OAARs CORP team.

Anshul Kosarwal  (B.E. (CS)- Hons., M.E. (IT)- Hons., PGDBA (HR)*)                                                             

Anshul did his Master's of Engineering from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (Institute of Engineering and Technology), Indore in IT. He has several research papers / journals on his name. Anshul always had an excellent academic record and nearly all the time stood among brightest students in the race. To elaborate his knowledge base just not in the field of Engineering and Technology but also in the field of Management he went for PGDBA in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis, Pune.
    After his graduation he worked as an Assistant Professor in an Engineering college and later while doing his Master's he did many projects as freelancer. He is an active research member in many research forums and also has been guide to many engineering student.
    Anshul has been recognized by Nai-Dunia for presenting a 'Simulator - made via revitalization of E-waste' in an science innovation exhibition named "FONOCOM-2011". He possesses great leadership quality which he has proved several times in the past.

He is having 33 years of experience in banking sector. His hand in financial terms is outstanding. Started his career as a teacher and climbed up to the position of Manager in giant organization -SBI. He is perfect example of hard work and dedication.         

Miss Swati Parashar (Sr Software Engineer, AWD Team, CSC - Financial Services Group)          

She has more than 6 years of work experience with MNC giant Computer Science Corporation which involves working in ASIA, AMERICA and EUROPE. Experience of forming teams, organizing work and meeting estimates given to the client. She is always been one of the source of inspiration and plays a key role in every decision made at OAARs CORP.
